Genevieve who hails from Benowa wrote on her Facebook account after her event, “A bitter-sweet moment for me tonight. I went in ready to fight. A tough, messy but exciting race out there and gave it my all. Not quite a personal best but second fastest time I've run.”

After falling at a hurdle and breaking her ankle in the 2013 Diamond League race in Birmingham, this beauty was almost at her best in Glasgow.

Michelle Jenneke is an Australian hurdler and can easily pass as a model.

This beauty won a silver medal for the 100 m hurdles at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics.

But in July 2012 a video of Jenneke dancing during her pre-race warmup upped her fame. It was before the 100m hurdles race at the 2012 World Junior Championships in Barcelona went viral.
