So what's in a name? Quite a lot, according to Bollywood!

There are many movies coming up titled after their protagonist.

Joginder Tuteja lists them for us:

Prithviraj

Based on the many tales of Prithviraj Chauhan's courage, the Akshay Kumar-starrer was supposed to release in 2020.

If things had stayed as per plan, he would have been welcomed on screen this Republic Day, but the pandemic intervened.

Directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, the film marks Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar's Bollywood debut.

Shabaash Mithu

Women's cricket legend Mithali Raj's life story is all set to be told in the biopic, Shabaash Mithu.

This will be Taapsee Pannu's next sports-based movie after Rashmi Rocket.

Gangubai Kathiawadi

Gangubai Kathiawadi is about a woman who ran an underworld empire in Bombay decades ago. Alia Bhatt takes up the title role.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film will release on February 18, pandemic willing.

Madhavan also makes his directorial debut with this film.

Laal Singh Chaddha

Aamir Khan returns after Thugs of Hindostan with Laal Singh Chaddha, the desi version of Forrest Gump.

For an actor who has time and again transformed into the character he is playing, one can expect a bravura performance all over again.

Kareena Kapoor gives him company here.

The actor-director reunite for this patriotic film after Raazi.

Govinda Naam Mera

Vicky picks a totally different zone for Govinda Naam Mera.
